Located in an older residential area where most residents are elderly and their children have moved away, the overall quality of space and atmosphere has declined. This house was purchased by a young couple and underwent a complete renovation due to its deteriorated condition, bringing new energy to the neighborhood. The primary focus was on optimizing sunlight exposure within the rooms. Large masses were avoided unless they could be broken up by the ventilation system. The upstairs bedrooms are equipped with grassy balconies that also serve to cool the dining and family rooms below.
