This house showcases a roof typology that is distinct from most houses in Jakarta. It is designed this way due to the scarcity of green spaces in the city, and such a roof helps lower the surrounding microclimate by not reflecting heat back into the environment. Despite its small size, the house incorporates two courtyards filled with water and plants to naturally cool the building.
