This project is a social approach based on the magersari concept. Magersari is a social concept where the strong provide opportunities for the weak by offering employment or living space within their land. As the social structure in Bekasi Regency rapidly shifted from farming to factory labor, which did not improve the quality of life, it was proposed that agricultural land be integrated into the landscape of industrial areas. This approach would allow at least 15,000 farming families to continue their previous expertise.
