This project demonstrates the repurposing of land owned by the Veterans Foundation by the Banyuwangi local government, injecting a new function as a multipurpose building for exhibitions and performances. The terrace on the upper floor of this building visually connects with Blambangan Square, allowing events held there to be seen from the terrace. The use of shingles as a material that can be easily recycled and renewed, along with the use of a dismantlable steel structure, ensures that the land can be cleared and restored at any time.
