A dormitory for Modena employees is equipped with workspaces and recreational areas spanning from the ground floor to the rooftop. The ground floor features open-air sports facilities, a swimming pool, and a semi-outdoor gym. Above this, there are open-plan workspaces along with the employee rooms. The rooftop hosts an open area designed for special events.
